Teva Lea Race 2009 coming soon.

We've just had an email from Leigh Wighton at Kayak4play updating us on the Teva Lea Extreme Race for 2009.

The Teva Lea race is held annually in Northern Tasmania, and is the number one event on the Australian extreme racing scene. This year is shaping up to be a big event as many international Wildwater paddlers descend on Tasmania in preparation for November Wildwater World Cup.

The event features a pairs race down a grade 4 section of whitewater, organised by the Derwent Canoe Club. If you're in Australia this is an event not to be missed. October 10th & 11th are the dates to remember, so get your act together and head on down to Tasmania. 

We're stoked to be supporting the event again this year, and there are many other supporters who help this event along; including Teva Footwear, Fluid Kayaks, Immersion Research, Astral Bouyancy, Kayak4play, Sweet Helmets and Outer Edge Magazine.
